*A36 appears to be incomplete when it is used as fastener specification as it is raw steel specification.
Also known as anchor bolts, foundation bolts or concrete embeds, anchor rods are implanted in concrete foundations in order to support light poles, structural steel columns, traffic signals, industrial equipment, highway sign structures and various other applications.

Manufacturing

Baseline Bolt manufactures anchor rods of diameter 1/2″ – 6″. We have anchor rod assemblies satisfying a number of ASTM specifications that include but not limited to F1554 grade 36, 55 & 105, A354 and A449. To ensure fast and prompt delivery coupled with superior quality, anchor plates, light fabrication, pipe sleeves, and welding are performed on site. Rods come with either plain steel or rather hot-dip galvanized. The entire manufacturing process that includes hot-dip galvanizing is done in our facility.

We produce both square and rectangle anchor plates on site. We are capable of punching and shearing up to 1″ plate. This allows us to fulfill your special requirements as well as provide effective solutions to bring down the overall material cost.

Stock Anchor Rods

Baseline Bolt stocks several anchor rods in varying diameters, lengths, and grades. In most cases, anchor rods are specifically designed for a given project and repetitive sizes are not used frequently enough to justify a stocking program. The anchor rods Baseline Bolt inventories happen to be standard products for various Departments of Transportation throughout the country and are used for applications including light poles, traffic signal poles, and overhead sign structures. If your project requires an anchor rod with dimensions that are identical or similar to a size we stock, we have them available for immediate shipment. Please note that any variation in size or grade from the anchor rods that have been engineered into your structure should be approved by an engineer prior to ordering.
