As the name indicates, step bolts are used as steps on steel communication & electrical transmission towers. These are typically provided with a couple of A194 grade 2H heavy hex nuts.
Manufacturing
Baseline Bolt manufactures step bolts of diameter 5/8″ and 3/4″. These bolts are normally high strength and are manufactured to ASTM specification A449.
