Forged washer head bolts find their usage in pole line industry. They offer increased bearing surface owing to the integrated washer which is forged right under the square head. These bolts are used commonly with hot dip galvanized and square nuts so as to prevent corrosion. Standard thread lengths meant for pole line fasteners are applied for washer head bolts; these are longer compared to standard bolts. For easy installation, to the threaded end, a semi-cone point is added.

Manufacturing

Baseline Bolt manufactures washer head bolts ranging from diameter 1/2″ through 7/8″. The bolts are manufactured to match ASTM specification A307 Grade A. Washer head bolts tend to be forged with a square head & a large washer surface beneath the head. We perform all the processes which include hot-dip galvanizing in-house.
